This project was for a call center that would take phone calls and handle requests for a vast array of different businesses including urgent calls to midwives, taking jobs for tradies, handling outage notifications for power companies, or sick day hotlines for complines with large employee base. The system had to be incredibly flexible to allow operators to take a virtually unlimited number of phone call request types with live onscreen feedback, real time monitoring and processing of tasks, and reliably handle large volumes of incoming calls, text messages and emails.
