The great thing I found with Webfox is that I can always email or ring James with any problems or ask for advice or help and he cheerily puts up with all my plentiful requests.

As someone who is not an IT person and who doesnt understand much about that world at all and who would rather be working than doing computer stuff, Webfox have been brilliant. He has patiently explained basics to me again and again and has helped me to learn about updating and uploading etc.

At the outset, we didn't have a clear picture of what JFox could offer us. All we knew is that we needed a comprehensive online tool for measuring our business. Jfox is proving to be just this.

Upfront, Webfox provided detailed explanations of JFox's capability and presented well. During the development phase we have found Webfox to be extremely accommodating to changes, additions and training requests. He is prompt to respond to our requests and thorough with responses he gives.

Although it is early days, we are already noticing the time savings JFox is providing to our administration staff. The timer is proving to be a success with production staff, who report that it is easy to use and great to have as you work, saving them an extra task at the end of the day.

Where we previously fell short on communication to staff regarding time allocations and budgets, JFox is picking up the pieces. Staff feel better informed and empowered to reach targets.

The reporting features are allowing our management to closely track and analyse projects. We are ultimately more measured and able to forecast better.
