At the outset, we didn't have a clear picture of what JFox could offer us. All we knew is that we needed a comprehensive online tool for measuring our business. Jfox is proving to be just this.

Upfront, Webfox provided detailed explanations of JFox's capability and presented well. During the development phase we have found Webfox to be extremely accommodating to changes, additions and training requests. He is prompt to respond to our requests and thorough with responses he gives.

Although it is early days, we are already noticing the time savings JFox is providing to our administration staff. The timer is proving to be a success with production staff, who report that it is easy to use and great to have as you work, saving them an extra task at the end of the day.

Where we previously fell short on communication to staff regarding time allocations and budgets, JFox is picking up the pieces. Staff feel better informed and empowered to reach targets.

The reporting features are allowing our management to closely track and analyse projects. We are ultimately more measured and able to forecast better.

JFox was recommended through an industry colleague when we were searching for the best job tracking tool. We wanted one system that could hold and analyse all the project data to allow us to monitor and track projects, and JFox does this – timesheets against the stages of each project, consultants, disbursements, travel and processes through monthly invoicing. Reports can be run daily, weekly or monthly to provide an extremely useful analysis of cost against budget, at all stages.

James has worked patiently through set up for the way we do things, manipulating it over the past few months to suit our requirements. He has been right there at all times, responding to queries, tweaking and implementing my requests to refine the system.
